岗位职责

职位描述:

  1. Responsible for promoting the company's AI products in overseas markets, formulating and executing advertising strategies to achieve the required promotional objectives, and ensuring maximum effectiveness of advertising placements across platforms including but not limited to Google, Meta, and other channels.
  2. Responsible for regularly monitoring, analyzing, optimizing, summarizing, and reporting on promotional data and core key KPI metrics.
  3. Analyzing and consolidating the effectiveness of promotional materials, accumulating and optimizing creative asset resources, and maximizing the impact of both in-house and outsourced advertising efforts.
  4. Conducting regular market and competitive research, proposing and drawing upon continuously optimizable suggestions.
  5. 负责公司AI产品在海外市场的推广,制定并执行广告投放策略,达成公司要求的推广目标,确保广告投放效果最大化,推广平台包括但不限于Google、Meta等渠道;
  6. 负责定期对推广数据及核心关键KPI指标进行监控、分析、优化、总结与汇报;
  7. 对推广素材的效果进行分析与沉淀,积累和优化素材资源,推动自投与代投推广效果最大化;
  8. 定期调研市场与竞品动态,提出并借鉴可持续优化的建议;

任职要求

职位要求:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of experience in overseas market advertising and promotion. Experience in e-commerce promotion is preferred, and prior experience in promoting AI products on Web and App platforms is a plus.
  2. Familiar with the features, execution, and data analysis of social media advertising (e.g., Meta), search engine advertising (e.g., Google, Bing), and other relevant overseas advertising platforms.
  3. Strong data-driven mindset, capable of deriving actionable promotion strategies from data and implementing them effectively.
  4. Excellent market awareness and product sense, able to develop effective promotion strategies based on product features and analytical data.
  5. Possess a certain level of creative material development and trend-spotting skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
  6. Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, and equipped with strong team communication skills.
  7. 本科及以上学历,3年以上海外市场广告推广经验,电商类推广经验优先,有AI类产品Web与App推广经验者优先;
  8. 熟悉社交媒体广告(如Meta)、搜索引擎广告(Google、Bing)及其他海外相关广告平台的特性、执行、数据复盘;
  9. 具备较强的数据意识,能够从数据中洞察可操作的推广策略并落地执行;
  10. 具备较强的市场感知能力、产品意识,能够根据产品特性、分析数据制定有效的推广策略;
  11. 具备一定的素材创意、热点捕捉能力,能开脑洞;
